CP Exchange is an annual event hosted by Capital Pacific. The exclusive invite-only event is attended by the biggest movers and shakers in the commercial real estate industry. I ideate and execute every aspect of CP Exchange, from designing the event identity, invitations, and website, to selecting the location, furniture, and food.

CP Exchange 2015 was hosted in Seattle at The Fremont Foundry. The die-cute stainless steel invitation is an homage to the venue's original use as a foundry.
